Home / Founding Professors
We are not an institution first. We are a community partner. We exist for learners who have been turned away, priced out, or discouraged — and for the ethical experts who want a way to give back.
Founding Professors Are Architects
Not just instructors. You will shape schools, disciplines, and learning paths — and your existing body of work becomes the foundation students can complete, trust, and proudly display.
Turn your content into curriculum
Your videos, podcasts, interviews, livestreams, writings, and presentations become organized courses and certificate tracks. No need to start over — we help convert your backlog into a coherent curriculum with real-world value.
Authority without gatekeepers
Traditional institutions demand degrees, licensing, and permission. We recognize demonstrated expertise, ethical standards, and the ability to teach. If you can explain what you know and help others apply it, you belong here.
Ethical, scalable monetization
Your knowledge can generate income through certificate courses, learning paths, and cohorts. Your work earns repeatedly — without ads, sponsorship pressure, or algorithm dependency.
Education builds trust faster than influence
Students invest more readily in teachers than in influencers. Positioned as a professor and mentor, your audience sees your offerings as education — not promotion.
Ownership and legacy
Your courses live beyond social platforms. Certificates may be issued as blockchain-registered credentials, letting students verify completion and you establish lasting intellectual property.
You don't need teaching experience
We provide course structure templates, recording and delivery guidance, curriculum planning support, community and cohort systems, and publishing workflows. Your job is to bring the expertise. Ours is to help you teach it.
What We Look For
- You have actually done the thing. Years on the job count. So does raising a family on one income, or fixing what you couldn't afford to replace.
- Practical knowledge people can apply immediately.
- You can explain it to a beginner without making them feel small.
- Integrity and ethics in how you operate.
- You want to hand it on rather than guard it.
- Encouragement over gatekeeping. We teach to restore confidence.
What We Do Not Require
- No degrees. Your life experience counts.
- No licenses. Demonstrated expertise is the standard.
- No institutional pedigree. We don't check who let you in.
- No conformity. Teach in your own voice, in your own medium.
- No content-creator résumé. We'll train you on the delivery side.

And your name goes on a founding crest.
Apply in About a Minute
Four questions. No résumé, no essay, no accomplishments to list. If we like the sound of it, a human writes back and we talk properly — that conversation is the real application.
Would rather tell us more? The full application asks what you have actually done — it is what we read before the call. Either one reaches the same desk.
Record a Minute on Your Phone
Say your name, what you would teach, and what you have done. That is it. Film it in the truck, in the shop, at the kitchen table — we are not judging the lighting.
Put it anywhere you like — an unlisted YouTube video, Google Drive, Dropbox — and send us the link. Or just say hello and we will tell you where to send it. Honestly, a minute of you talking tells us more than any form ever could, and it is the same raw material your first class gets built from.
Want to See What Building a Course Actually Involves?
You do not have to apply first, and you do not have to guess. Every template we would hand you is already public — read them before you decide.
This is more than teaching.
It's helping build a new model of education — borderless, practical, and driven by real-world excellence. If you're ready to teach what works and inspire the next generation, we'd like to meet you.
