We Are Not a University
We are not an accredited school, college, or university, and we do not grant degrees. We are not accredited in any way, and we have no interest in becoming so.
We are a metaversity — our word for a place of learning that lives online and exists to help you learn something. Attendance is voluntary. There is no enrollment to qualify for and no status to be granted.
The Only Claim We Make
We will document what you were taught, and that you were tested on it. That is the entire promise. We do not issue degrees, we do not confer licensure, and we do not pretend that what we give you is equivalent to something a traditional institution would give you. It is a certificate of learning that actually happened — nothing more, and nothing less.

Open-access foundational courses with no prerequisites and no cost. Self-paced or live-optional. Learn enough to know whether this is your path.
Prove it to yourself
101-level courses use optional knowledge checks, not exams. The real test is whether you can answer one question honestly: can I trust this School, and do I want to go further?
Go deeper at 200-level
Professor-guided specialization with assignments, projects, and assessments — free, like everything else here. This is where credentials begin.
Carry a credential you can prove
Register your certificate on the blockchain as an NFT. Immutable, forgery-resistant, and verifiable by any employer — under your control, not ours.

What It Is Not
- Not a university. We are not one, we do not call ourselves one, and we do not grant degrees.
- Not an accredited school, college or university. We are a place of learning — voluntary learning — and nothing beyond that.
- Not accredited, and not seeking to be. That is a deliberate choice, not a shortcoming we are working to fix.
- Not a passive content platform. Watching videos isn't learning. Engagement and real-world application are expected.
- Not a speculative crypto scheme. Blockchain is used to verify achievement — never for financial speculation or profit promises.
- Not a profit-first institution. Service, ethics, accessibility, and empowerment come before commercialization.

Proof You Own
A Hope MetaVersity credential is a transparent, verifiable record of learning — not a promise of licensure, and not a piece of paper you have to ask us to confirm.
Certificates of Completion are awarded for individual courses and focused programs, and for completing a structured curriculum within a School. Each one names the issuing School, the program completed, the date, and the issuing authority.
Blockchain-registered credentials are on our roadmap, not yet live. Nothing is being minted today. When it opens, registering a credential you have already earned will be optional — and it will never be a fee for the credential itself.
